You can redirect your parcel through:
- NZ POST – Use your tracking link and select ‘Redirect My Parcel.’ Please see the instructions here.
- DHL – You can easily change your address using the On Demand link here. If you are unable to do so, please contact the DHL customer service team for assistance. Please contact DHL here.
Parcel redirection could cause further delays. Additionally, redirection is not always guaranteed, which means there is a chance your parcel may still be delivered to the original address. For more information, please visit the NZ POST website.
