Due to the nature of the sale and significant discounts, all sales on discounted items during the sale are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items; however, same-style exchanges may be permitted, subject to stock availability.

Please note:

• Some styles featured in the sale will not be restocked once sold out.

• Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed due to the high volume of orders during the sale. Please ensure all order details, including shipping information, are correct before purchasing.

• We cannot accept any in-person returns. We understand this may be more convenient for some, but we kindly ask that our privacy be respected. All returns can be easily processed through our online system here.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty item, we will repair or replace it. A refund will be issued only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
