Can I make changes or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?Updated 24 days ago

Unfortunately, we cannot change orders placed during our Reset Sale due to the high volume of orders and customer requests. Please double-check all details before placing your order. 

Our Mid-Year Reset Sale includes final-release pieces and limited stock, meaning they won’t be restocked once they're gone. To keep it fair for all customers, we process orders quickly and cannot hold, edit, or cancel them after checkout.

If you have entered the wrong address, you may be able to redirect your parcel through your NZ POST tracking link by selecting ‘Redirect My Parcel.’ See instructions here.

You can easily change your address using the On Demand link here for DHL shipments. Please get in touch with the DHL customer service team for assistance if you cannot. Please get in touch with DHL here.

Parcel redirection will cause further delays. Additionally, redirection is not always guaranteed, which means there is a chance your parcel may still be delivered to the original address. For more information, please visit the NZ POST website.
