Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?Updated 24 days ago
Due to the high volume of orders during our Reset Sale, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update addresses once an order has been placed.
However, once your order has been shipped, you may be able to redirect your parcel through:
- NZ POST – Use your tracking link and select ‘Redirect My Parcel.’ Please see the instructions here.
- DHL – You can easily change your address using the On Demand link here. If you are unable to do so, please contact the DHL customer service team for assistance. Please contact DHL here.
Parcel redirection will cause further delays. Additionally, redirection is not always guaranteed, which means there is a chance your parcel may still be delivered to the original address. For more information, please visit the NZ POST website.
