• The Mid-Year Reset Sale starts on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at 10 am NZT and ends Monday 30 June 2025, 11:59 pm NZT.

• Sale prices are as marked; no discount code is needed.

• All sales on discounted items during the sale are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for same-style exchanges, which may be permitted subject to stock availability.

• Some styles will not be restocked once sold out.

• Gift With Purchase (GWP) offers during the sale include:

  • Free Preston Hoops on the first 200 orders over $210 (after discounts, before shipping). Please see Preston Hoops T&Cs here. 

  • Scratch cards with every order, offering chances to win discounts on future orders. Please see Scratch Cards T&Cs here.

• GWPs are automatically added to eligible orders and must be in the cart at checkout. They cannot be manually added later or substituted.

• Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed due to high order volumes. Please check all details, including shipping information, before completing your purchase.

• Due to increased order volumes, please allow up to 7 working days for order processing and shipping. Handmade styles (Raya Initial) will require an additional 1-2 working days of production time.

• Sale offers cannot be combined with other discounts or discount codes unless specified.
